, I knew this would be a printer that needed a lot of work before ordering and was looking forward to learning how to print with an IDEX printer. Unfortunately, one thread sensor on the spool holder was broken and the other was bent. Also, the worktable scratched a little when rocking back and forth, and the rear casters were too wide for the bed rails, extremely weakening the back of the worktable. So disappointing! I returned the printer and bought a Tenlog TL 3D Pro which was working great at the time of review.
