Review on LUNDERG by Charles Lewis

I just placed an order with LUNDERG for a commode and some medical supplies, and I was quite dissatisfied with the results. My purchases were of terrible quality and did not perform as promised. I contacted their customer service department to ask for a refund, but was faced with uncooperative and disrespectful employees who made the procedure challenging and time-consuming. Dealing with such unprofessional conduct was annoying, especially considering that I had previously made a good faith payment for the items. The packing was harmed when it finally arrived, and to make matters worse, the shipping took a lot longer than anticipated. Overall, I had a really bad experience with LUNDERG, and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone looking for high-quality health and household products. In conclusion, LUNDERG drastically missed my standards for both the caliber of the products and the level of customer service. There is obviously a lot of space for development, so I hope they will enhance their offers and staff training in the future.
