I like that it's easy to use, makes my job easier since all we do at work is make sure everything runs smoothly.

It can be hard sometimes if you're not familiar with how things run or what to expect from your account manager. There are times when there will be an issue but our support team isn't able to help us until later in the day so having something online would have been helpful then too! We've used this service as part of one of our internal processes where employees leave feedback about their coworkers.
