Although the case looks solid (heavy screen, weighs almost as much as a TV), it doesn't match the size. I have a 43 inch Samsung TV. I ordered a 40" to 42" case because a lot of reviewers mentioned that these cases are too big. Well, they're too big. Looks like I threw a black tarp over it. TV (see photo) The case is well made but the sizes do not match The size chart posted for buyer's "convenience" is confusing. I haven't decided yet whether I'm going to return this case for an exchange or a refund, or just use it as is. Choosing the right size is important when you are looking for a good fit and an aesthetic look. Update: 01/22/2018 I returned the case for a refund and ordered CoverMates - Outdoor TV Half Case - Fits 36"-41" Flat Screen TVs - 2 Year Warranty - Black. I learned something important about ordering these cases, you can't buy them based on the size of your TV screen. You need to consider the size of the TV frame. Just because a TV has a 43-inch screen doesn't mean it's the cap size to buy. My Samsung outdoor TV is 43" so I bought the first 40-42" case (choose the smaller size as the reviews said it was too big) but it turned out to be too big. Then I bought this half cap that fits 36 inches. " to 41" flat screen TVs that are much smaller than the recommended size. Well, it fits my 43" TV like a glove. Why? Because the bezel around the TV is less than 1" wide! Diagonal, it's only 31" The TV in my bedroom is a 42" Philips TV but the frame is 3" wide so the TV is 41" long which means the same cover that fits my 43" Samsung TV will definitely not fit my 42" Philips TV. See pictures. How to choose the right size. Consider the width of the bezel. If the bezel around the TV is small, order a smaller size, if the bezel is large (e.g. if the TV is not thin, you should add some "leeway" for a comfortable fit, last but not least, the half case is not like that durable as the full cover (although it's still good) probably because it's easy to put on and take off, I was able to fit and remove the cover in a jiffy, for me that's a much better solution since my TV is under the anyway Terrace roof stands.
