I did a lot of research on this type of product and DiskAshur Pro 2 seemed to have a good design. That is, until I started using it. Luckily, Revain offers a great and easy way to return a product (which I did today). This DiskAshur product is a nuisance with flashing lights and an unpredictable keyboard (in terms of key press times). This is one of the most unreliable devices with encrypted products that I have come across. It's too hard to use because of the way they designed user input and controls. So save yourself the frustration and choose another (more reliable) solution. I would never use this product for business. I have 43 years of experience doing complex mainframe computing (working with encrypted data) and this product is not a solid choice. In today's world of advanced programming and hardware, you'll quickly feel like you're back in the "Stone Age" by following the different steps to using this product. I really wanted to like him and spent most of the day working with him. In the end I had to admit that no amount of effort would help to overcome the design flaws. It should be rock hard to prevent penetration. The problem is that the "iStorage" folks forgot that a legitimate user needs to securely log into the product. They overcomplicated it given the product's intermittent ability to perform user functions. For me, that also made this product unreliable.
