I ordered these for a trip to Israel. Bathrooms in Europe are sometimes questionable and not always well stocked. You were perfect! Small enough for a pocket or purse and certainly works well in a backpack. The paper turns to soap once it gets wet, so be careful not to get the wrapper wet. You can keep it in a zip bag on camping trips, camping trips or near water. The soap lathers well and doesn't seem to dry my hands out as much as other soaps, although I always use a moisturizer after washing.
