As other reviewers said, they came in a broken case, everything was mixed up and was in an envelope. The worst thing is they knew it was broken because they replaced 2 dividers with 2 removable ones, none of the other dividers are removable and I have other similar cases and none of them are removable. Also, the spacers they were replaced with are too tall, which is one of the reasons why the case opened up and the bullets squirted out. Another reason it split open was because one of the latches was broken. You know, for $20 we should expect the packaging to be way better than this! The beads are also badly colored so when I took them out to start sorting I noticed that the case was dirty from all the paint shavings. Eventually a few beads stuck together and after separating a few I found that once separated they were unusable because the paint had come loose. This box of beads was just awful and wasn't even $5 so definitely not $20! I'm sending them back and looking for another set.
