This device gets very hot when plugged in and doing absolutely nothing. The case feels hot. Heat is never a good sign, however the body is made of aluminum which is very efficient at dissipating heat. The device has a small form factor and is quite portable. It is designed in such a way that all supported devices can be connected without interference. I will try to measure the temperature and provide a picture of the case temperature.
