It took me a while to figure out how a standing case and such was supposed to work. (Thank goodness for kids who seem to understand these things from birth.) It works great on a hard surface, not as good as on my lap on the couch, but I'm still very happy with it. Turns the tablet on and off when opened and closed as it should. I was so happy to find a nice design when I'm otherwise surrounded by boring looking electronics and cases. Edited: After a month of use, one of the magnets that was supposed to be holding the valve closed started falling out, then I noticed the plastic that was supposed to be holding the magnet had cracks, then eventually a piece broke off. As a result, it doesn't close as it should. The other magnet is still there, but I can see a crack starting in the plastic. I think this shouldn't happen after a month of use.
