So I diluted it as recommended and put it in a spray bottle. I went around the house spraying every room and felt like a complete idiot. I constantly beat myself up for letting myself be tricked into spending so much money on something that smells and looks very much like water with a slight citrus scent. We sprayed every room, pillows and mattress during the day so they had time to air dry before we went to bed. About 10 minutes after spraying the house, I felt a strange sense of energy. Like something stuck, my body rose. I continued to feel energized for the rest of the day. Then I got hope that this product worked. That night before I went to bed I asked my husband to tell me how he sleeps and in the morning I will tell him why. We all slept so well that night and our three children aged 6, 4 and 2 stayed in THEIR beds all night. In the morning my husband, who doesn't believe in natural products, demanded that I tell him why he slept so well. So yes, it works! :)
