As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. These are cheap headphones for a reason. The magnitude of the delay is definitely noticeable to any normal human being. The sound quality leaves a lot to be desired, but only a music lover will notice this. I think they are good for casual listening. The fit will never be perfect, especially on a figure like this. You will definitely slip out if you are constantly on the go. They are slightly waterproof but I would caution against submerging them in water at all just because I don't trust labels. The battery doesn't last very long, but that's to be expected for such a tiny device.
