Completely useless in less than 4 years. It might sound like I'm joking, but notice the difference between my old 1970's Pirek on the left and this one on the right in my picture. The old one is broken but good. The one on the right is a newer Pyrex and all dimensions are already worn out. I have soft water and rarely use detergent in my dishwasher. Just don't make them the way they used to be. Apparently they use a cheaper type of glass and a cheaper type of pressure compared to the old Pyrex. From what I've read, all uppercase on the left are older, more durable models that last forever, and lowercase on the right are cheap soda glass. Spring. You have to decide for yourself whether you want to spend the money.
