I bought two of these devices, one for my helmet and one for my friends. I've had sporadic connection issues between two devices - sometimes they would drop, sometimes not, despite following T's instructions. I called support and they responded very quickly and concluded that one or both of the units were faulty and sent me another set. Unfortunately, the second set suffers from the same problems as the first. Installation was easy, sound quality is good but I can't use it for its intended purpose. I have to contact support again. Update 06/06/22: Lexin contacted me after seeing my review and kindly offered to send me their latest model which they say has better connectivity for the two-way talk function. . I haven't received it yet but I need to pass it on to them because they are responsive - they seem to really care about their customers! I'll update this review once I get a replacement and have a chance to use it for a while.
