Don't know what's up

I received this lamp since December, and now it is only March. My lamp is broken. It's actually sparks and smoke while my client's hand was there. Thank goodness no one was hurt. But I went back to find the contacts of the sellers on that Amazon order to let them know what happened. But there was no contact information. But before that, the lamp worked perfectly. I liked it. I hope the seller sees this and gets in touch with me.
