I bought this for my toddler and it is so soft and snuggly! There is no problem tying a scarf, just thread it through the loop. It's also the perfect length for a toddler.
- Very nice and warm. my daughter loves it She wants to wear it all the time, even at home.
- Fleece may not provide enough warmth in extremely cold temperatures.
