Regular Thickening Shampoo. I didn't know it was for men as the scent is fairly neutral. I tried it on my hair, the shampoo foams well and washes out well. However, it didn't seem to condition my hair, so I had to use a separate conditioner to keep my hair soft and tangle-free. I have not noticed any increase in the thickness of my fine textured hair while using this product. The price is a bit high considering I was still using the conditioner and didn't see any help for my hair texture.
