Defective is the only word to describe it. I would say that at least 30% of the balloons pop spontaneously. Not during their explosion, but after a few hours. I eloped a few the night before the event. A few exploded within the first few hours, then a few at night, a few more when we brought them to the event, during the set up for the event and then during the event. To say the least, removing confetti from my office, the corridor and then the venue was a real hassle. what can we say about the reaction of others when they burst. think duck and cover. Not the most pleasant experience, to say the least. Oh, and the balloons were filled with air. no helium. Certainly not a satisfied customer.
