Based on the reviews I read before buying this product, I should have avoided it. It looks good and isn't badly made, it's just not the right size to work well for its intended purpose. It's unstable. It fits just like any other hitch accessory - with just enough tilt to fit easily into the socket. However, in this case, when standing on a step, it wobbles back and forth in such a way that it seems unsteady, especially when wet. The vendor, VM Express/VMInnovations, was unwilling to offer any help other than referring me back to Revain or the manufacturer (go Rhino!). To their credit, the folks at Go Rhino offered to exchange the item. It is clear that nothing will change as a result. The folks at Revain are busy with much more important things right now in the middle of this pandemic, so I'll check in later to see if they can help. In the meantime, you should avoid anything from this seller. Carry on in the same spirit.
