Review on YAKAON Strong Adhesive Hooks: Ideal for Heavy-duty Applications by Jeffrey Sanders

I wanted to like these hooks. I bought these to hang some of my hats but apparently even a regular flat top hat is too big. If the hooks themselves didn't weigh that much, maybe they could hold something. After repeatedly falling off every surface I put them on, I finally gave up this morning and threw them away. They come with extra adhesive pads but I'm not sure how you attach them as they have factory ones. The metal is extremely strong and they look good, but their dead weight is their downside. They don't work on any surface I've tried, from lightly textured walls to many smooth surfaces. Some even fell on their own. TL; DR, they are too heavy and cannot support anything on any surface, including themselves.
