Very cute! You get a lot for your money. Good for losing weight. Metal Chains: The chain with big rhinestones is more golden than the other three. It even came in a different type of small plastic bag. If you look at the photos you can see the difference between the two chains on the bottom, as well as the difference between one of the chains and the gold plated anklet I already had. I'm afraid they might spin if I wet them, so I don't let them get wet.- The rhinestone chain is larger in diameter than the others. I'm 6'0 and wear a large. I'm not sure if I have a real waist measurement. Three chains without rhinestones just don't fit. The good thing is these necklaces can be used to track weight loss so hopefully I'll be able to wear them soon. You are really beautiful. Pearl Necklaces: They are all elastic. They are not fastened, not tied like traditional beads do at the waist. This means they are more likely to suit you. They sit perfectly on my waist and fit snugly together with no gaps between the beads. I was nervous putting them over my head but they stretch great. The downside of them stretching and not zipping up is that while you'll notice weight gain and loss (they'll progressively fit you tighter), it's not as readily noticeable as knotted pearls. . The knotted beads will put pressure on you as you gain weight and remind you to watch your diet for a while. Another downside is that they're easy to remove, so you just can't use them to track weight loss anymore. However, others like the fact that they are easy to remove for fashion reasons. Overall I gave these belt beads four stars. Not sure about the quality of the metals and will update. I also highly recommend ordering them from etsy or facebook to support a local artisan as waist beads are an African tradition and have far more value and mean something that catches the eye on Amazon.
