This is NOT a standard size 20 nose screw. I took a chance even though they didn't list the caliber and it is about half the size of my other 20 gauge nose screws . The curved portion is also about half the size of a traditional screw, making turning a stitch painless almost impossible. Gold is also too soft and malleable because the starch is not thick enough. It felt like it would break in half very easily. I am returning the kit. They should take this off the market until they understand what a real nose screw sizing chart is and how thick the gold needs to be for your piercing to be secure.
