I had stomach surgery (3 small incisions) six months ago and as I work with essential oils I have a prescription for scar reduction so I needed this specific ingredient to do this. When I found this item the size and price for the manufacture was spot on so I bought it. I received it and after my first use (on my own - before making the recipe) I was very impressed with it. The aroma is pleasant, soft, but the texture is fantastic; It's a great moisturizer on its own and absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy or sticky residue. It feels silky smooth and moisturizes the skin, at least that's what I felt rubbing it into my hands after applying it to my belly scars. I love it so much I think I'll start using it as a nighttime moisturizer on my face, I've been looking for this and I think it will be great (after adding some carrot seed essential oil). I've only been using it for a few days so can't confirm yet that it helps reduce scars but I'm quite happy with it in other areas so will continue to use it and did 6 months ago. after a photo on my scars for personal use; If I remember, I'll come back here and post them to share how good it was at reducing/eliminating scars, FYI. I haven't noticed any difference in inflammation (I suffer from fibromyalgia) but I highly recommend this product and will continue to use it myself for various purposes. 🌺
