The ability to collect data from multiple sources, including social media platforms, in order to provide insight into consumer behavior is quite valuable when it comes time to understand your target audience's needs and wants. I do not like being required to use their proprietary platform instead of using my own preferred analytics tool (such as Google Analytics or Adobe Omniture). Instead of solving problems with customer service issues such as abandoned carts, etc., they are simply collecting information about what customers want/need without providing any value back to them.
