First of all I want to clarify that this item is poorly designed so I'm not surprised that it broke. When I needed a replacement I went to the Plantronics website. An ear hook cost 19.99 and was sold out. I found this replacement on Amazon for half the price, and it's for two, not one. Having two is great because I expect it to break again due to a design flaw. Apart from that I really like this headset so I have absolutely no regrets about my purchase and it's nice to know that replacement ear hooks are available at a very attractive price.
