I wish I could give this one more than 5 stars! In fact, we didn't buy it for its intended purpose. We purchased this item to wrap injured or sick body parts in ice after exercising after seeing something similar in a physical therapy room. This is the best stuff! Since we are a very sporty family, someone always iced something and we struggled with elastic cotton bandages for years. You can easily wrap most areas and it will stick to itself giving you a nice and secure wrap. This is an excellent quality product. super easy!
