I like that you can do push notifications to your users as well as get feedback from them with in-app messages, so it's very easy for me to know what they think of my app or website! You also have some great support if anything goes wrong such as problems sending out emails etc. It would be nice to see more integration options between iOS apps (such as using analytics data) but otherwise this is an excellent service at good price point! We are solving our customer engagement issues by providing instant notification through PushNotifications when people open up their mobile applications/websites or log into social media accounts which helps us achieve better retention rates and increase user satisfaction levels. This has helped reduce churn rate significantly because we're able to reach customers where they live i.e., via messaging rather than waiting till they come across advertising campaigns online.
