It seems a bit pricey, but you do get a lot for the money. I'm planning to use this for trips where I want to carry a camera, telephoto lens, small superzoom camera, spotting scope and binoculars. These are definitely items that should not be checked baggage if you want them to arrive. The bag is not as big as a standard rollon, and will most likely fit in overhead compartment of regional jets and lengthwise into standard jet overheads. There are plenty of dividers to rearrange the interior bag layout. My first test packing was for a Canon 7D, Tamron zoom (150mm to 600mm), Swarovski 65mm ATX scope. Easy.plenty of room to spare. With a Swarovski 95mm ATX spotting scope I'll have to rearrange the large interior dividers, or switch the Tamron zoom for a Canon 100-400. Again easy with the 100-400 zoom. The case zips around three sides folding back from top to bottom. The covering "lid" has two pockets on the inside and one on the outside. The outside pocket is full length. Two tripod straps can be used to hold a tripod to an outer side opposite the side handle. Also included is a rain cover. The pull handle is of full length and snugs down in the case with a cloth flap over the top. Quite happy with the total package.
