I bought these melting domes primarily because I used to cook hamburgers outside in the pan in the winter and needed a way to keep the top of the burgers warm. These fusion domes work amazingly. The cheese will bubble as it melts (does not burn). The handles don't get hot in the time I stay on the grill. The stainless steel is of good strength and the domes are a good weight for their size. I bought a set of four but I can get two 1/4 pound burgers under one dome so I usually use two. Very happy with the purchase. I read where some experienced screws fell out. I didn't have this problem at all. The screws worked very well for me. I would not recommend using the screwdriver that came with the kit. Use a larger screwdriver better suited to the size of the screw head and you'll be fine.
