Review on Chicology Bamboo Shades Window Privacy by Carrie Thal

I really, really wanted to keep them but I have to return them. I wanted gray bamboo blinds for our windows along the stairwell. Other reviewers mentioned how transparent they were, but I decided to take a chance anyway. I love how they let in a lot of natural light but wow you can see everything through them just in a darker shade. zero privacy. I went outside and could look straight into our living room and see every detail. I was hoping that this might block part of the review, but it absolutely isn't. Unfortunately I will be sending them back. They look very nice when privacy and sunlight filtering are not an issue. Also note that the string is ridiculously long.
