Pros: - Innovative design, love the idea of an internal shock absorber and windscreen. Overall smaller and nicer than the Rode video microphone. - The built-in windscreen works well, most of the time I don't need the windscreen. Also the windbreak is very soft/comfortable and fits perfectly, the dead cat of my trip dangled and fell off a few times. - Audio recording is louder than Rode Videomicro. - Beautiful blue/turquoise TRS and TRRS cables with locking mechanism. Disadvantages: - It's probably just me, I attach the microphone to the side with the cold shoe when vlogging, there is a "mic" effect, the test video is a bit too extreme for demonstration purposes (listen with headphones) but in everyday use that makes itself felt. Much better when installed on top cold shoe. Overall, I'm glad that Sennheiser, a well-known brand, offers a solid solution for lightweight vloggers/YouTubers with a beautiful design, quality build, and a reasonable price.
