I have used this product for years and have always been satisfied. But there has definitely been a change in the formula. I've always parted my hair into two sections (right and left) to keep it organized and my old bottle ran out after I did the right side of the head. I used a new bottle on the left side of my head and the difference was noticeable right away. The smell is different. My hair on this side is not as smooth and soft as on the other side. I compared the ingredients after the shower and the new one lacks about a third of the ingredients in the old one. The new bottle also lacks the words "animal testing-free" on the bottom of the bottle, which worries me a lot. So frustrating and disappointing.
