It came exactly as described and pictured. It comes in a very nice box. Using a hex bolt instead of plastic latches to hold it together is very nice and keeps it strong. The leather clip has a lobster clasp which is nice too. Since everything is metal, it's a little heavy for the pocket. The downside is the deterioration in reception quality. I have a 2011 JKU and have never changed the key fob battery so that's probably a factor too, but I have to be right next to the jeep before the remote will work. Take this into account when making your purchase decision. I don't rate this badly as this problem is clearly stated in the description so I knew what I was buying in advance. I love the look so will keep using it.
