The team is very friendly and helpful. They are always willing to listen to your ideas even if they don't like them. I have never felt as though my ideas were not valued. They also keep you informed of any schedule changes or project updates as well as the process for submitting your work. Sometimes it takes awhile for a person to get back to you after submitting your work - sometimes days. It's just something that comes with working remotely but I'm sure once the COVID-19 crisis passes we will be able to resume normal business operations. We're currently developing a new website that will help users find local businesses and services. We're using this opportunity to include more interactive features so that our users can easily find what they need. The team at Bob is very professional yet down to earth - you can tell they know what their doing! They are always willing to help out with any question or request that I have as an end user of theirs products (printing). Their prices seem high for some but if it's good quality then there should be no problem paying them more than once per project/job etc. Good service provider who will listen to your needs and deliver accordingly.
