Bought 3 of them. 2 of them worked properly and 1 of them had erratic behavior with the HDMI port (I had a blue screen on my monitor). I live in Brazil and bought these while traveling in the US. So when I contacted Satechi's customer service, I wasn't expecting to be able to solve my problem, but damn, I was wrong. Tyra, a kind person who helped me throughout the process, replied VERY quickly and found a solution for me. They sent me another device VERY FAST and when it arrived it worked great. This is the best adapter for me as it is one piece and that was fine on its own, but the support they gave me really made me love Satechi. Thank you for making great products and the great people who work there!
