Really great headphones. I'm wearing them right now! They almost always hang around my neck. I use them to plug one ear (I have hyperacusis, that ear) and they block out sound well. I also use them to listen to everything from podcasts to music, and to edit my own music that I've composed (which they're particularly useful for, as I can hear much better white noise that might be present in these headphones than I can in earlier headphones ). ) and they work great for everyone. Exactly what you need for the base, in my opinion. The only issue I have is that I can't lie on my side with them as the suction becomes too strong when pressed against the ear and can be uncomfortable. But as long as you don't sleep with them, I definitely recommend them.
