Review on JAN & JUL Waterproof Puddle-Dry Rain Pants: Ultimate Protection for Toddlers and Kids by Fred Boals

Bought these for my daughter to wear while we were on holiday in Edinburgh where rainy weather is expected at least intermittently. We were seated in the stadium during a brief rain (for the show). We found that the seams were not waterproof as described and the leggings she wore under these "rain pants" were wet at the inseams and the back of the pants. These pants might be ok if you're just going for a short walk, but not if you need longer coverage or need to sit outside in the rain. They are a bit big and I scaled them down.
