Great Tool For Effective Document Management
We are using pingdata governance for our organization, it is very easy to use with out of box features like approval workflow etc., Also we can easily customize everything as per requirement which makes my life much easier than any other tool I've used in past years while managing data assets (Including Data Governances).
It also comes along free trial version so you don't have anything worry about its pricing model or cost associated if not needed at all time! There's nothing that i dislike from this product but just want more customizations such us email notification when someone try edit an existing document/ file instead showing only error messages and no feedbacks what changes has been made by who! But still overall great experience working here!! Highly recommended!! If your looking something simple yet robust then go ahead & give PINGDATA GOVERNANCE A TRY :) You will be glad after trying few things.
- It's very easy to use and I can easily customize or write custom code to do a lot of things using it
- It doesn't provides any email notification when someone try edit an existing file/document which I think should be enabled by default
