Comfortable but feels cheap and silvery

This chair is very easy to assemble (took about 10 minutes). The gray color is nice, but the faux leather creaks when you sit on it. My chair was a bit wobbly even when assembled (when leaning back). The wheels make a terrible scraping noise on the floor. The silver chair legs are chipped or blackened. I'm disappointed and don't know how to get my money back.
