To be honest I wasn't expecting much when I ordered it given the price. I needed a backpack at the last minute to carry extra clothing to avoid baggage fees for a trip to Minneapolis. Just two days before my flight, an early winter front unexpectedly arrived and I couldn't pack the necessary winter gear into my tiny Delta-approved carry-on. This backpack had everything I needed. It's well made, comfortable to wear for long periods of time and it's TOGETHER. I was a bit concerned that this might count as carry-on but I had no problems.
