I could not assemble it. The screw that came with this towel rail was too short. It came with a screw, a washer, a plastic base, a metal cap and a towel bar. I tried putting a screw and washer through the plastic base and metal cover but it was too short to screw the towel rail into. I removed the washer and then while another bolt went through. The hole was too wide and the screw went through the hole. I emailed the manufacturer that the screw was too short, made the above statement, and asked for a longer screw. They responded quickly, asking questions and asking for a photo of the problem. They sent a video of assembling the product which was not helpful. The last email included step by step photos of how to attach the base to the towel rail by pressing down on the metal top, pushing the screw through the hole and attaching the towel rail to the tiny bit of screw that goes through the top protrudes. Since I haven't achieved anything, I'm going to throw this in the trash and try never to buy a KES product again.
