Okay, the shelf and post system is great, that's not what you buy it for. You buy it because of the phone holder, which is the worst phone holder. The grips that hold your phone are made of flexible rubber, not plastic. Mine broke on first use rendering the holder unusable. The grips holding your phone are so flimsy that any jeep impact will cause your phone to pop out. Trust me your jeep will crash. I would have kept this if I could find a ball mount to match and replace the "durable" Ridge mount, but I couldn't. And I tried. Sounds like you'd be better off getting the same model with wireless charging, which costs $26 more. Also, try a different system. I'd say Rugged Ridge has a good idea, but the phone holder needs better R&D. Maybe magnetic would be AWESOME with this litter box, but this one is pretty smelly. sorry RR!
