I use this timer to track the time children are studying in the classroom and at home. The bright color makes it interesting and fun for kids, and the precise timing makes it really useful. This is a great way for kids to find out how much time they have left at a particular station or activity. In the classroom we have one in each center and we adjust the time accordingly depending on the activity. The strap makes it easy to wear as a necklace or hang it anywhere, and the magnetic part is even better. I can stick it on a chalkboard or dry erase board and then pick it up and take it with me as I move around the room. Never lose time! This is a very well made timer and rarely comes with its own battery. Just don't forget to remove the packaging from both the battery and the screen! This is a great timer and I definitely recommend it!
