Review on Extra Large Thick Defrosting Tray by Cliff Gibs

First used to thaw VERY frozen Omaha steaks and these things ship in dry ice and are so tough they can be deadly weapons. This product thawed from rock hard to fully thawed in 30 minutes. To try it out, I even experimented by putting an ice cube on top first. Melted in minutes. Comes with a very nice drip tray, four removable rubber feet which you'll probably use if you want to stand it on a counter without a drip tray, and it has two different finishes - wider grooves on one side and narrower grooves on the other. I am very satisfied with this product and I highly recommend it. Very high quality. Also included were bonus baking/grill mats.
