I couldn't get my Netgear WGR614 wireless router to work and after an extremely long time without it I decided to try again and ended up buying this router, the cheapest on the shelf at my local electronics store. After comparing the installation process to another product, I found the D-Link router to be very convenient for the average computer power user. The software walks you through the setup process from start to finish, and I was connected in about 30 minutes (there are several steps that require you to wait a few minutes to complete the settings). I tested the wireless connection on my Apple Itouch and my laptop and both worked successfully with a strong signal. I haven't checked the signal strength in every room in my house, but I'm very happy with the modem settings and connection. If you're looking for a high-end modem this might not be the best choice, but for something simple and cheap I'd recommend it. I'll let you know if I have any problems.
