I am happy with this product because it lives up to the advertising; What I don't like (and has absolutely nothing to do with this product) is that even with the 11" extension you're practically still standing at the shower wall where the controls are, when I wash my head my head bangs against it the rack.. to hold my soap etc. I am now planning to lower the ceiling in the shower and run a 2nd line so I can use this product as an option rather than the main source.My wife loves this shower head but she says so that sometimes she just wants to shower without getting her hair wet, which is almost impossible with this product.
