I have a 50 lb Australian Cattle Dog who can and has ripped my arm out of its socket with a regular leash. While I've only just tried it on her using a harness, it seems like it will be a giant aid in keeping her under control. I especially like the padded handle, no more wrapping the regular leash around my hand several times to keep it short and control her. She is learning to walk by my side (when she wants to), but I think this new leash will help her with that.
