I like that it is easy enough so anyone can use without needing any training or help from an IT professional! It's very user friendly which makes things easier than other software programs out there (e.g., Salesforce).

There are some features you just have to learn how to navigate through in order to get what you need done but this isn't too hard once you've got used to using them. We're able to see who our top contacts are within each department as well as those we haven't been reaching with emails/emails sent via SMS etc. This has helped us reach more people quicker when sending messages about upcoming events / sales & promotions.
