Review on Xbox 360 Rock Band Midi PRO Adapter by Michael Mendoza

As you have probably read in other reviews, this item has a strange issue where the plastic of the device somehow reacts with the packaging leaving a very sticky residue on it. This leads to many people simply returning them because they are not easy to clean. Instead of sending my unit back, I wrapped it in plastic tape and then cut out all the buttons/switches with a razor. Then I used some cotton swabs and wiped the buttons with alcohol. This works great and the tape does a good job of keeping your hands free of that slimy residue during use. As for the functionality of the device itself, I tried 2 separate electronic kits on The Beatles Rock Band and Guitar Hero World Tour and they worked great on my Xbox 360! Very happy with this cool item! 3 stars just for the fact that I had to stick it on because it hasn't cleaned up with anything I've tried.
