The perfect solution with 1 cable!

I don't usually write reviews but this product has literally changed my life in terms of its usefulness because my wife and I share the same workspace when we work from home. We usually use the same hardware (4K monitors, conference camera, headset, wireless keyboard and mouse) between MacBook Pro and ThinkPad X1. What would normally require me to swap out multiple USB ports (and Apple dongles) can now be accomplished by plugging in a single USB-C cable connected to either my MacBook Pro or ThinkPad X1, depending on who is decides for the office setting. packed in an elegant package and comes with a power adapter and a USB-C cable that connects to your computer. I was surprised how small and light the dock actually is, although the construction is pretty solid and feels very solid. The station tends to slip when connecting/disconnecting peripherals, but this can be corrected by attaching self-adhesive rubber feet. The station overcomes the limitations of poorly designed MacBook Pros with limited I/O ports. The hub gives you access to USB-A ports, an Ethernet port, and SD card slots, so you're not stuck with expensive and crappy Apple dongles. Not only is this docking station better quality, but it's also cheaper than Apple's adapters, which are notoriously easy to fall apart. An SD card reader is great if you want to transfer photos and videos straight from your DSLR or Android phone's memory card. and the ethernet port is a fantastic addition as it is routed through the only cable connected to your workstation. I didn't test the headphone and mic jacks, but the front USB-C port allowed me to connect headphones and a mic headset and worked just fine. In short, lots of useful ports, extremely high build quality, cheaper than buying dongles or adapters separately, and all features available through one hub and one cable!
