Good product from a great company!
The winch build quality is really good, but I ended up loc-titing every fastener before putting it into service. Some screws were slightly on the loose side upon delivery. Had an issue with the solenoid .wouldn't react to wireless remote, but worked fine with the corded remote. SuperATV tech support immediately sent a new wireless remote/ solenoid set that works as it should. Top notch support. Will definitely buy from them again and refer them to others.
